Do I need a
credit card to make an online reservation? How safe is it?
No, We can make a simple reservation and give you an option
date to pay for the room by. At your convenience before the option
date expiration you may pay by cash, credit card, bank transfer,
bank deposit, western union or check. Note: you may not receive any
airline tickets or vouchers until payment is received in full.
Can I just make a reservation and pay when
i get to Hey Jude Boracay?
No, the policy of ALL Boracay Resorts is advanced payments ONLY.
They are very strict and make no exceptions.
What does your Special Hey Jude Packages
include?
All Boracay Packages by TravelOnline include the following:
1. Roundtrip airfare - Manila - Caticlan - Manila
2. Transfers - Roundtrip (Land and Sea)
3. Welcome Drinks
4. Room of choice
5. Daily Breakfast - (some resorts may be optional)
6. All Government Taxes and Service Charges
Can I change my reservation?
Absolutely. For your convenience, we have made it easy for you to
make changes (modify) to your active reservation(s) at no additional
cost at all, as many times as you need.
NOTE: Reservations can only be changed based on availability of new
dates. Simply send an email to your Agent to make the necessary
arrangements.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, You can cancel your reservation any time before your option
date absolutely with NO Charge to you. If payment has not been made
then any time after Option Date your reservation will automatically
be cancelled without notification. However, if payment has been made
then resort cancellation policies apply. Depending how close to your
arrival date that you cancel will determine the cancellation charge
before refund.
How do i get my tickets
and itinerary?
Simple, you may pay at any TravelOnline outlet and get them or
request for the FREE TICKET DELIVERY. Unfortunately, there is a
small PHP300 charge for deliveries to hotels since they require
special attention and security.
